Our Team
Jayne
Jayne has been working in events for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to GMG.
The first 15 years of Jayne's career were spent working in hotels and venues, responsible for managing large teams and multimillion pound budgets primarily based in 5* London properties. From here Jayne moved into Production and Health & Safety, combining this knowledge of the inner workings of venues makes Jayne your go-to girl.
Jayne's dedication to providing the highest levels of service underpins everything she does and clients return to her because of her personable attitude, attention to detail and creativity.
When she's not working, Jayne can usually be found in the kitchen baking up some tasty treats whilst belting out a Bon Jovi track!
John
John didn't always plan to work in events (having originally studied Physics) but he was bitten by the production bug and hasn't looked back.
Nearly 20 years on and John has managed events in the UK, Europe and beyond; turning his hand to conferences, award shows, product launches and outside broadcast as well as the occasional bar mitzvah! His clients love his direct, no-nonsense approach and trust John to deliver on time, on budget and above expectations.
John is our Health & Safety guru, putting that analytical brain to great use in ensuring that all events are in line with current legislation and everyone involved is in a safe, secure environment.
When he's not working, John can be found rock climbing, mountain biking or walking up a mountain - he doesn't know how to sit still!
Ciaran
Ciaran joined the team in 2025 after exiting a successful event crewing company where he was a founder. Prior to that, he was a sound engineer to the stars and could be found on a rock and roll festival site or doing a rapid setup at the Natural History Museum. Coming up to 20 years in the events industry, the grey hairs show no sign of abating.
When not at work, Ciaran is a family man and and has little choice other than being obedient to his very demanding Yorkshire terrier - Hendrix. He is handy with a snooker cue or a guitar in his hands, but has had to learn the hard way that those implements are best enjoyed separately.
